Important No Refund Policy

At Greer Schreiber Productions, we are committed to delivering high-quality creative services and a professional client experience. Every project is custom-made to meet your needs. We spend time planning, preparing, filming, editing, and delivering your content. Because every project is unique, we cannot reuse that time or those resources. For this reason, we have a No Refund Policy.
Please read this policy before you book a service or buy a product. By placing an order or confirming a booking, you agree to the terms below.
Refund Policy
All bookings, deposits, retainers, digital products, editing services, consultations, production services, and custom creative work are final.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges unless Australian law requires us to do so.
We start planning your project as soon as you confirm your booking. We also reserve time, staff, and equipment for your project. Because of this, we do not issue refunds after work has started, files have been delivered, or services have been completed.
Deposits and Booking Fees
Many of our services require a deposit. Your deposit secures your booking and reserves your production date.
Your deposit:
- Reserves your project date.
- Covers our planning and preparation.
- Is non-refundable.
- Cannot transfer to another project unless we agree in writing.
If you cancel your project, you lose your deposit because we have already set aside time for your booking.
Digital Products
We sell digital products and downloadable content, including templates, graphics, videos, and other digital resources.
You receive these products as soon as your purchase is complete. Therefore, we do not offer refunds after you download the files or access the content.
Please check the product description before you buy.
Custom Creative Services
Every project is different. We spend many hours preparing before filming begins.
Our work may include:
- Planning your project.
- Research.
- Writing scripts.
- Creating storyboards.
- Meeting with clients.
- Preparing equipment.
- Scouting locations.
- Scheduling production.
- Editing your final content.
We often complete this work before filming starts. Because of this, we cannot recover these costs if you cancel your project. Therefore, we do not refund payments for custom creative services.
Project Revisions
We want you to be happy with the final result.
If your agreement includes revisions, we will complete them within the agreed project scope.
If you request extra work, we may charge additional fees. Revision requests do not qualify for a refund.
Cancellations
If you cancel your booking:
- You lose your deposit.
- You must pay for work we have already completed.
- We cannot guarantee a new production date if you wish to rebook.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. We will do our best to help whenever we can.
Failure to Attend
Please attend all scheduled meetings, consultations, and production sessions.
If you do not attend without giving notice, we may cancel your booking. You may also lose any payments you have already made. In some cases, we may charge extra costs if we have already prepared for your project.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If our products or services have a major problem, you may have the right to a repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy under Australian law.
